Backgrounds to Bindings

It's here!  It's here!  I am so beyond excited!  I've practically been holding my breath since last year, waiting for today to come!  My Cloth Paper Scissors Workshop Video is here!
It's almost 2 hours long, and it is chock full of ideas for printing backgrounds, mixing your colors and several different quick ways to bind your journals without sewing!

More specific details are available here

A peek from the video is available on youtube here

I had such a wonderful time with the Editor Jenn Mason, and the crew and staff of Cloth Paper Scissors as I filmed this!  They were awesome and supportive, and made it very comfortable for me to be able to share this information with you!

Well deserved congratulations! I downladed it and got to watch the first half before I went to class last night - looking forward to seeing the second half this morning.

A very well done video--I wish all teachers were as thorough. And having samples premade was a plus, as we didn't have to wait while you covered the whole thing. And sometimes that fast forward stuff makes me dizzy, so glad you didn't use it.

Just downloaded and watched your video. It was fantastic. You are a generous teacher and have such a warm screen presence. I hope you do many more!

Hi, Kari! I'm so glad I got your video! I'm finally finishing my pieces from the Moodling class at SmittenDust -- feeling a little better and able to be a little more creative now and then! I'm hoping to post on the workshop soon.

Just wanted to give you a belated thank you for teaching a wonderful class, one I will clearly enjoy as I repeat what I've learned with canvases to come! As you know, I was far from my best that day, but I have to say that the positive energy in that room and your enthusiasm and teaching really made my headache feel insignificant! Pleased to say I'm slowly mending, so now I can settle into making pretties again!

Thanks so much -- I'll send a link when I get it posted. Oh, and if you are interested in pix of you doing polymer demo, I have many I can email you or put on a share sight so you can download!

I admire the valuable information you offer in your articles. I will bookmark your blog and have my children check up here often. I am quite sure they will learn lots of new stuff here than anybody else
